Today, I cook Kangkong belacan. It was quite easy to cook but…I can simply forget to put onion & garlic. Haha… So what I did was, I cook the onion and garlic in other frying pan. After that I mix in the kangkong.

So after everything settle, I packed some for Helmi’s lunch before he went to Jurong Port. He came over and I give him yesterday dish (Daging masak Kicap) and kangkong belacan so that he can eat for his lunch.

Then in 1 hr time, I receive sms from Helmi in around 2pm.

Helmi: Daging masak kicap was delicious and nice but the kangkong belacan is just fine because belacan is not enough. But overall ok because spicy is just right and the ingredient is fine too but only lack of belacan….that’s all…

Me: Ok later I will add some more belacan.

Helmi: So what will be your next dish?

Me: Not sure…it’s a surprise….(giggle)

Helmi: Ok…I will taste and comment about your cooking….I’m proud of you…keep it up bebeh…
