Today, before I went bak to Tmn Jurong from CCK, I went to Yew Tee market. I bought 1kg of meat, 2 pkts of potatoes & other ingredients which are needed as well. I tend to cook daging masak kicap. So I was too excited to cook today. So I went Tmn Jurong by cab. The moment I reach home. I straight away start cooking. I start cutting the meat & peel the potatoes & fry it @ the same time. After everything completed, I fried the mix ingredients and etc.

At 1st, I had no confident because I thought that it will tasted funny or lack of some ingredients & etc. But when I tried to taste it, OMG!!!! It was SUPER……this is my 1st time cook without calling mama for help. YES!!!! I have made it…

Mama seems to enjoy eating it czuse she eat 2 rounds for this dish....hehe....even myself...haha....

Hmmm…I wonder what will be my next dish be????…hehe…too bad today Zakiah is not @ home…I have given some of it to her family to taste it…
