The Big 'R' Responsibility
* RESPONSIBILITY responds
while irresponsibility reacts.
* RESPONSIBILITY finds a way
while irresponsibility offers excuses.
* RESPONSIBILITY follows through
while irresponsibility never arrives.
* RESPONSIBILITY promises people success
while irresponsibility promises failure.
I hope that who ever read this will be able to change from irresponsible to a responsible person....
Learn from mistakes not repeating it again and again.....
Here are some several issues and implementations
that we have to follow when in working with Qfactor.....
(1)
We always stress on punctuality. It is an important factor
and is one of our standards that separate us from other service
providers. Congrats to crew who are always making their
efforts to be punctual each time for reporting. A handful
of you are still habitually late without informing or without
valid reason. We are tracking those crew who are habitually
late. The 1 hour reporting time is for you to get ready and
have your meal before the working hours. With immediate effect,
crew who report 1 hour late will have their pay deducted by
$5. Please be informed.
(2)
Besides all those potential Leading Crew candidate who have
to sit for Leading Crew Aptitude Test, now all crew members will
have to sit for a simple Multiple choice questions test to check
on your job knowledge. This will let us gauge what level of job
knowledge that most of our crew have in mind.
(3)
We will be having appraisal for all crew members with in effect
from 14 June 2008 onwards. This appraisal is to check on your
grooming, working style and attitudes, either following our
standards or not and so on. We will let the crew members know
beforehand if we are doing an appraisal on him or her.
(4)
We would like to wish Leading Crew Rafiz a safe training for his
NS which he will embark very soon. Take care!
(5)
All passive crew members (those not actively working lately)
please let me or Ray know if you still want to be included
in any activation. This is to safe time and cost.
(6)
We shall form an Executive Board which will comprises of
Supervisors, 2 Leading Crews, 3 Crew members. This Board
will hold meetings, act as disciplinary board, and execution
of any company bylaws, and Rest and Recreation committee (plan
outings / get-togethers). Those members who are interested
to be in this Board, please let me know.
