I feel so sad & worry about my guy. He have been having a bad headache lately since his working partner on a long MC... He have been working straight non stop...I really pity him... He can really endure till 1 month. If I were to be in his shoes,I will for sure quit without thinking. What, they think my guy is in human is it????!!! Make him do all the jobs, just because he is such a hard working worker....

I am so mad & confuse with his company...

why they do not want to employ new staffs?
why makes him do all the jobs & responsibilities?
why they pay his partner more then him?
when are they going to increase his pay again?

Because all of the above questions...my guy got an offer for a better job, pay & company. Even though he got the same working line, shipping boarding officer. My guy will be quiting by the end of the month because he accept the new job offered to him which makes me even more happy. I mean much more happier because he quiting his current job soon...and hopefully that the company which offer him will be better then the current one. I will pray hard and all the best for him...
